A Brief History of Myself

Since the age of 16 I’ve been involved in residential home construction. I started framing houses with my uncle, then went off to Paul Smith’s College in 1978 to 1980. After that, I went off to Syracuse, NY to attend more college and obtain a degree in landscape architecture and land use planning, graduating in 1982. When I wasn’t at college during the period I was working in construction. After college, I started my own general contracting business in the Tri-State area doing residential renovation, new home construction, and site development until 2004 when I was offered a project manager position at Westchester Modular Homes. This lasted until I retired from them in 2018. I than decided to become a licensed Home Inspector to stay involved in the construction industry. With over 35 years of experience in customer service and customer satisfaction, Home Inspections is the perfect fit for my professional experience.
